Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle touch therapy which supports the body’s natural capacity to balance, restore and heal itself.
The client lies down, fully clothed on a couch, the therapist then uses a light touch with trained hands to pick up information from the body.
This information in the form of subtle rhythms will locate and release areas of tension, holding patterns, tightness or injuries within the body. These tight areas can be found anywhere within the body, and can be as a result of physical or emotional impact, stress, disease, or trauma.
Craniosacral Therapy is extremely relaxing, many people have never experienced such a deep level of relaxation before, and this is where the body can rest and repair itself most effectively.

About Me
I was born in the Swiss Alps and I grew up in France.
I am blessed to have spent all my childhood roaming the countryside and running wild in nature with my three younger siblings.
I came to the UK in the early 90s and have been here ever since. I now live near Bishop's Waltham in Hampshire with my British husband, our three children and two cats.
I first discovered Craniosacral Therapy (CST) when my eldest child suffered from glue ear as a baby. The sessions were so beneficial that later on I also took his younger brother to have CST to help him cope with the stress of eczema and colic.
I was able to witness first hand the wonders of CST for children.
I graduated from the College of Craniosacral Therapy in London in July 2024.
I am also a Reiki Master Practitioner, having qualified in 2017.
In my spare time I write screenplays, plays and short stories. I also love going for long walks.
